Apparel Design Studio II explores manual pattern-making techniques for the apparel industry with an additional emphasis on intermediate to advanced construction techniques, selection of materials, and fitting the human form.

Sustainability in the Apparel Industry

In Sustainability in the Apparel Industry, students examine the environmental and social impact of the apparel and textile industries. Students conduct research to study sustainable design practices and complete studio design projects such as Zero-Waste Pattern Cutting and Upcycling.
